Summer Camp Staff
Cascade Pacific Council hires 300 enthusiastic camp counselors annually to serve as handicraft assistants, sports instructors, shooting sports supervisors (archery, BB gun, .22 caliber rifle, skeet, and black-powder), trading post managers, facilities maintenance and food service staff, natural sciences and Scout skills instructors, lifeguards, and horse wranglers. These staff members serve at our day camps and resident camps throughout Northwest Oregon.
Age 14 may serve in volunteer 'Staff in Training' roles at day camps.
Age 15 may serve in volunteer 'Staff in Training' roles at resident camps.
Age 15 and older may serve as paid staff members at day camps.
Age 16 and older may serve as paid staff members at resident camps.

How to Apply
Both full summer and volunteer staff attend and are hired after interviewing with our Camp Managers. Applications are online only. Please fill out the application prior to arriving to an interview date. If you are unable to attend the interviews, you may still fill out the online application to submit your information.
